We work by screen share or temporary guest access. We never ask for your passwords. You get a short note on what was wrong and how to keep it from happening again.
03 You Pay After It Works
$299 by invoice link. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.

Each fix includes up to 2 hours of hands-on senior work. If it turns out to be bigger, we stop and tell you before we hit 2 hours, with a fixed price for the rest. Nothing gets billed without your yes.

Do you need our passwords?
No. We work over screen share, or you give us temporary guest access that you can remove when we're done.
What if it can't be fixed?
Then you don't pay. We'll tell you what we found and what your options are.
What if it's more than one problem?
Each separate problem is its own fix. We'll tell you upfront if we think you have more than one, before any work starts.
What isn't covered?
Building new reports or dashboards (that's our Quick Start, from $2,500), buying or changing Microsoft licenses, and problems inside source systems we can't get into.
Do you work with Power BI Pro, Premium Per User and Fabric?
Yes, all three, plus the on-premises data gateway.
