Straight Answers
Is Claude better than ChatGPT or Copilot for a small business?
It depends on the work. Claude is strong at writing, analysis, and long documents, and its projects and skills make it easy to keep output consistent. Copilot fits best when your team lives in Outlook, Word, and Teams. We recommend one based on what your people actually do, and we set up all three.
Does Anthropic train Claude on our company data?
On Claude's Team and Enterprise plans, Anthropic's commercial terms say it does not train models on your data. On individual plans it depends on a privacy setting. Part of our setup is getting everyone onto the right plan and checking those settings.
Which Claude plan should a small business buy?
Most teams of five or more are better served by a Team plan than by individual subscriptions, because you get central billing and admin controls. Larger or regulated firms may need Enterprise. We recommend a plan on the first call.
Can Claude connect to Microsoft 365, Google Drive, or our CRM?
Yes. Claude has connectors for common business tools, and custom connectors can reach many others. We set up the ones you need and limit what each one can access.
How long does a Claude rollout take?
A basic setup with a training session usually fits our Quick Start, typically 2 to 4 weeks. A rollout with custom skills, connectors, and training for several teams typically takes 4 to 10 weeks.
What does it cost to have Claude set up for our business?
Our fee is fixed and quoted before we start. Setup and training projects start at $2,500. Claude licenses are billed separately by Anthropic.
